  TECLA 2.0 Release  A New Hiring Experience

I'd like to share with you something very exciting we just released at

TECLA

.

As you know, 

our mission is to find awesome jobs for you and connect you with U.S. and European tech companies for direct remote hire or relocation opportunities.

Until now, our marketplace had mostly focused on tools for hiring companies.

But what about the tech talent?

Things kind of sucked.

Candidates had to do a lot of things manually.

You had to fill out a different application for for every single job you were interested in.

That's a lot of wasted time.

We are now focusing greatly on tools for candidates in our network.

We just released a new version where you can now:

• Create and update your profile

• Apply to jobs in less time (saving past info)

• Inbox: chat directly with companies and their hiring managers

• Request feedback for an active application with a single click

• Get your applications reviewed before those of non-registered members
